is a mature, friendly and well-established guild, whose goals are to experience as much of the end-game content as possible while maintaining real-life responsibilies as much as possible.
We have official raids Mon/Wed/Fri, and optional raids on lower-manned content on some off-days. We don�t raid as much as some other guilds, but we are proud of our success for the amount of time we actually spend raiding. Pre-TBC, we completely cleared ZG, RAQ, MC, BWL, and TAQ as well as 5 Naxx bosses. In TBC, we have Karazhan, Gruul's lair and Magtheridon on farm status and are working on our third SSC boss. Our raid times are fixed, allowing people to organise their lives accordingly. We have a small core group of raiders which guarantees 2+ raids per week to everyone (more if you attend the optional off-day raids).
Our members are generally 20+ years old and we like to maintain a mature, respectful and helpful atmosphere in guild. We are firm believers of the WoW/Real life balance and our raiding and rules allow members to keep up with family/girlfriends and work. We do our best to prevent WoW �burn-out� and have a large number of members who have played this game since the start. We have generous AFK allowances for holidays, studies etc. We have been around since July 2005 and fully intend to be around a lot longer.
We encourage a �Guild First� attitude where everyone helps everyone without selfishness. We try to keep our size small so that everyone can get to know each other and establish friendships as much as possible, yet we are large enough to be able to run off-day raids. We have an active and entertaining forum for those of us stuck at work/class.
At the same time we are strict and try and ensure discipline during official raids in the interests of progress. We have a comprehensive and clear structure with established rules. Our hierarchy consists of three officers who oversee the guild, an advisory group, class reps and members. We strive to maintain good relationships with all large guilds and are proud of our reputation on Lightning's Blade and our previous server Stonemaul.
