How to effectively gun a siege engine turret. You should obviously have relatively good aim and situational awareness, but besides that, I go in detail about what an experienced gunner should be looking out for during the encounter.

The siege turret can be a significant amount of damage if you conserve ammo for the main cannon, which means you must be accurate with AA rockets (do not spam rockets to shoot down pyrite). The turret cannon will hit for 100k dmg with full ilvl 226 gear. I had full 226 + 232 weapon and shoulders (106k dmg).

When attempting this, note that you only need to have the items equipped when you jump in. Once in, you may remove your gear to save on a potential repair bill.
