I originally intended to upload my first movie to be quick somewhat-educational introduction to retribution PVP in 2v2 and 3v3 arena with a touch of i'm taking a break from this game for friends and guildies. This is now my "i'm coming back" movie. :)

But during rendering that film I ignored how the stars was aligned that night, making my computer explode in a violent shape of gas tored up with massive flash of vivid lights. I lost a cpu fan and the harddrive where I was storing most of my fraps.

So in short: QQ

When I reactivate WoW again i'll be sure to save my frapsed stuff into an external harddrive. And also improve my movie making skills, making it as awesome as my genetically modified MS Paint talents. :)

To those looking for high crit movies i'm sorry, this is not it. I find it more comforting to know that i'm there to stay where others die because they got served in cc's by ranged classes.

Also most of the footage is taken from early january 2009(when apparently DK's where the faceroll OP class). I'd love to add more fights against rogues and other clothies but ret burst was so fast I found it at no interrest to show.

I quit playing not long after the end february. As I found no content to my taste. The pve challenge was not to smacktalk slacking guildies/Phasing/lack of world pvp/everyone else seemed to be blissfully happy using hours to gain achievement points.

For the movie making part:

I'm not a movie maker pro.

I had very little material to work with, but with what I had it turned out great, as I wanted to make a PVP movie showing actual fights and not minutes of introductional machinima or like... endless slow motions and zoom-ins on crits that's almost as exiting as rubbing your face on a wall covered in urm something slimey...

Overall I put the emphasis on making a simple, entertaining movie along with great music.

Again: these footage are over 7 months old. I'm not denying that vastly overgear most of my opponents. I guess having fps dropping to lower than 10 when DK zombies hits my screen weights up for it. >:)


I'll make a second movie soon� when i'm on equal or several tiers below my opponents (aka welfare epics). Come Cataclysm. If not sooner.
