Oh dear god I haven't had such a great variety of complaints about a video and it got featured? :P Trash footage is a bit choppy, if you don't care how I did it just skip to halfway. And mute if you don't like the music. Half the complaints dealt with.

Lethalmagic caught me off guard with doing Kazzak and Solarian... vanilla content is so blah now even for mages, time for some TBC bosses. Won't be surprised if I kill 1-2 more Hyjal bosses using these methods.

I spent a lot of time figuring out how to best deal with the trash and I have to say fire is by far the best spec. You can keep aggro on all mobs and still survive with good kiting which means NPC's are just free DPS (+ they daze the mobs). You really need their DPS (and meatshielding) for Rage so you can't just sacrifice them. This is why I use Invisibility and Mirror Image very sparingly on the trash, in fact in the footage I uploaded you probably never see me use those spells.

Rage liked to SPAM me with Icebolts (pretty much every 5 seconds), I've noticed from other videos that doesn't happen at all, it might be my mirrors causing it but I have no choice really, can't survive being meleed by him. So the trash does nearly all the tanking and ~30% the damage to him through creative use of game mechanics. I outrange his abilities at 40 yards and move in now and then to either nuke or make him AoE me and aggro some NPC's.
