Before the fight clear the trash located on the way to Kael'thas Sunstrider - you do not have to kill Al'ar.
P1: After pull, run to the exit from the instance, where you wait for Thaladred the Darkener and Lord Sanguinar. When they are dead, run to Al'ar's room, where you kill Grand Astromancer Capernian. Then run to the fork, where you kill Master Engineer Telonicus.
P2: After defeating all four advisors, Kael'thas summons his arsenal of seven legendary weapons. The first weapon that you have to destroy is Cosmic Infuser ("/tar Cosmic Infuser" macro is very useful here), because it heals other weapons. The second weapon that you have to destroy is Phaseshift Bulwark, because it interrupts your casts. After destroying the two weapons, destroy the remaining five.
P3: Exactly 2 minutes after the start of Phase 2, Kael'thas resurrects all the advisors at once. Pick up Staff of Disintegration, equip and use it (right click on the weapon) to become immune to Stun, Silence and Disorient effects. Now kill all four advisors again one by one.
P4: After killing all four advisors, you can run in front of the entrance to Kael's room. Due to recent changes, you have to be completely alone in order to not receive Mind Control. Every 30-40 seconds Kael'thas summons a Phoenix. Kill it and then destroy the egg. You can interrupt Pyroblast, but it is not necessary.
P5: This phase starts at 50% of Boss HP. He no longer uses Mind Control and Pyroblast in this phase. When Gravity Lapse is casted, stay in the air (do not touch the ground). Good Luck and Have Fun!
