I've been a TBC veteran for quite a while now, and It's really time for me to make my stop. The content in this movie is roughly 4 months old, however I had the records just lying on my storage hdd, eventually I found a song I liked and just made this movie in roughly 4 hours.
I've put alot of time into making this movie feel fluid, and enjoyable. Thus I have been cutting alot in the LOOONG defensive games, which is the reason I quit TBC e.g WOW in the first place.
In the recordings my goal is not just to winning, but to do stuff that "looks good" for the entertainment of the viewer. I don't really care that much for winning anything in wow anymore, I've simply come to breaking point, had it with long/defensive games and sickening rng. Nevertheless I'm definitely a nostalgiafreak, since I've managed to come back to a game I love, yet despise
-So before NG elitists start saying, "you play too impulsive", "you gamble too much with your cooldowns", "PLAY MORE DEFENSIVE". I've adapted to the standardized strategies before, It's really no rocket science. However It's extremely boring for the viewer to watch. Even if you display alot of skill/strategy imo It's not as entertaining as the way this movie's done. I'd say the only rogue who's managed to do this is Djbizzle ;)
And yes I quit playing and went to another game, however
I wouldn't say I quit playing "now" rather that I quit 6 months ago, and just played the remaining time on Smolderforge and Nextgen with old friends for shits n giggles, so there's no real competitive spirit to it.
-Will probably update this section when I feel there's more to be said.
