After browsing through several 5.4 changes I came across a note detailing that the stacking buff on Golad, Twilight of Aspects and Tiriosh, Nightmare of Ages was recieving a very strangely timed buff.
This video was a result of that.

As for the potential use in PvP, its questionable for sure.
I just thought I'd test this kind of thing out because I've always enjoyed doing things like weapon swapping in PvP as a rogue.

* In no way shape or form am I saying that this is 100% worth doing. I am, however merely saying that it has some potential use.
