Cooldowns are there for a rogue to use, yes, but not all on one target IMO.

I tried in this video to show a couple quality 1v1 fights as well as 2v1 to 4v1 battles. This video for me really just aimed to show something new that is out of the ordinary in PVP. I've noticed when I watch videos that is what interests me the most as well as is the most fun to do.
