When desperate for a set or two of Assassination Shoulders, and can't get a group... one starts trying different things :). So, many many farming runs later, I finally decide to record how it's done.

First attempted pre-2.0.10, and found it fairly easy; gear was pretty much all blues. Footage in the video is post-2.0.10 and does include some Karazhan gear, but I would think it is still quite doable for a well non-KZ-geared druid/rogue combo still, as the key is sufficient DPS to force Ikiss into his 75%/50%/25% aoe pauses to heal..
