Movie Summary
Bottom line so you don't have to read everything: I wasn't going to put it up on wcm but due to the severe lack of fire pvp videos, I wanted to show that we are not limited to pvping as a 17/0/44 frost build. As for details, I just copy + pasted my realm forum post...
It is finally here, thanks to procrastination, lack of motivation, and the fact that even though it was complete weeks ago, and all i needed was 4 hours to render it, and another 2 to put it up on filefront, all contributed to setting this project back a lot. Anyway a few things to think about before watching: recorded at level 60, not 70; i was hoping for much better quality but I'm not a computer wiz, nor is my computer that great (you might notice the lag sometimes) so i did the best i could; counterspell was nerfed at this point, it was on the GCD so it may seem like my CSs are slow but its more the fact that the GCD was preventing me from casting; rogues could get cloak of skill from subltey tree; there are no credits, tommorow ill list all the people i want to thank, songs, blah blah blah. Also note that this is not the best of my ability, it was thrown together quickly in terms of getting footage before TBC came out, thus the world pvp is not that amazing, songs were not necessarily the best ones i could have chosen (pretty cliche, kinda overused, i wanted to save some of my preferable songs for a later movie), and editing was mediocre at best. I'm not trying to say it sucks, just that i could do much better. Despite my self-criticism, i think you guys will enjoy this movie and its definetly a much better upgrade from my last video. Also, there is a 2 min or so intro, nothing very important in it, it was mostly for experimentation of what i could do editing wise. However, if you want to know details of my spec (51 fire lawl), or gear, etc, you can feel free to watch it :P.
despite following warcraftmovie.com's tutorials on how to set your settings on vegas6 to correctly render, there are still black bars on the side. and sorry about forgetting to turn off the "show mouse" on fraps.
oh yeah, and as usual, no mods, makes pvp more challenging when you cant see exactly what your opponent is casting/when its going to finish. rather cheap imo.
Apprently the 4th song is abnomally louder than the other 3, you have been warned. >.<
