I'm sick of explaining how to change models, so I'll provide download links. You can find them just below the downloadlink for the movie.

I haven't found any time yet to test the alliance-skin, so if it does not work properly just post comments and I'll fix it.

You have to notice that changing models in game is not 100% legal, as the author of the file, I don't take any responsibility if your account was banned by blizz.

Just place the files in your data folder. I won't give any further instructions in changing models, skins or whatever.
