The perspective is that of a feral druid off-tanking the Embers in phase 1 and phase 2. We prefer to use ranged DPS to take down the Embers in phase 2, rather than off-tanking them the whole time.

The video in my opinion is an excellent example of positioning of Ember tanking in phase 1 and pickup of Ember spawns after meteors in phase 2. I post it here now because it is the exact type of video I wish I could have watched as we were learning the encounter. Hopefully someone will find it equally helpful and instructive.
