The new years eve drinks are equal to slow fall, and they can stack, which gave me an idea... Why not stack that with noggenfogger and jump off darnassus towards Exodar, the expansion alliance city? I know it probably isn't there but I figured it's worth a try...
I made it more than halfway though, so it's possible to make it that far.
Powerups used:
Lightheaded (In multiples)
Noggenfogger Elixir (Quest reward, the slow fall one)
Sprint (Rogue spell, +70% speed)

Things that can be improved:
Lightheaded (Same)
Noggenfogger Elixir (Same)
(Optional) Mage/Priest slow fall abilities
Epic mount (100% speed)
Mithril Spurs, Mount Speed Increase (Glove enchant), and Carrot on a Stick (Trinket from a Zul'Farrak quest that gives 3% Mount speed)

Total, you will have 109% speed for take off, allowing you to travel much further.
