First kill of the General Vezax on Hard Mode by theDust guild on Heroic Difficult. You have to do not destroy any Saronite Vapors and allow 8 Saronite Vapors to spawn, once the eighth one spawns, they coalesce and become a Saronite Animus then you have to kill him and finish boss.
