This one wasn't too hard. Just gotta kill an add as soon as the boss uses frenzy. It is actually better to kill the add after frenzy activates, since that initiates the full 1 minute CD on frenzy whereas killing the add before frenzy simply prevents her from using it for another 30 seconds.

Although the boss doesn't melee too hard (~10,000 damage per hit), there are other sources of damage (such as adds and debuffs) that can make this fight quite healing intensive. Since the damage comes from multiple sources, Masochism does not activate on this fight, thus making this fight quite mana intensive as well. To combat this problem, the usual Dispersion glyph and frequent use of SW:D are both necessary strategies to ensure survival.
