The Obsidian Sanctum Heroic: Sartharion with One Drake, did this with half pug half Nihilum people.

I myself didn't know much about what to do. I did know that you have to dodge the lava walls, for the rest i was folowing orders and smacking the boss with my big sword :P

Fun fun bossfight, you can choose to kill his twilight dragon adds before the fight or midfight, the more adds tou let live (3 max) before starting the boss himself the more loot you get.

We took him with 1 add alive, took 3 tries for everyone to understand what to do and then we killed him.
