Tympanic Tantrum is what makes this fight a litle harder, 80% of our hp is a lot for a class with very low self heals.
With a better manage of dps cds is already possible to just get one of this at beggining. Exposing his heart will reset the cd of this hability making possible to dps heart and begin dps heart again untill he is dead.
At the end of the fight if I didnt bandage myself probably I would have killed him without he killing me but... what is done is done :P
