Macros:
Example of macro casting fist of justice on an enemy during 3v3... (without targeting them)
/cast [target=Arena1] Fist of Justice
/cast [target=Arena2] Fist of Justice
/csat [target=Arena3] Fist of Justice

Casting a spell on your partner...
/cast [Target="ARENA PARTNER"] SPELL

*Remove the " when entering your partner's name in macro.

Note: This will take time remember the new keybinds, try to make this process easier by using its original key bind but adding in SHIFT or ALT.. Instead of making individual macros and filling up your action bar with the same ability I recommend finding modifier macros. Example:

/cast [mod:alt][Target=ARENA1];[mod:shift][Target=ARENA2]; Fist of Justice
