Slight disappointment coming from Garajal but it actually is an enjoyable fight because of what has to be done in order to survive.
There are some slight differences between this boss on Heroic and Normal, but nothing that cannot be handled.

Each of the Spirit Kings is granted a new ability and they are:

Qiang - Impervious Shield - causes Qiang to become immune to all damage/spells for 10 seconds, also grants Qiang an additional attack if struck with a harmful ability or spell.

Subetai - Sleight of Hand which causes any attacks dealt to him to put a debuff on the player who dealt the attack, this Debuff reduces the players damage and healing by 50% as well as increasing physical damage taken by 50% for 30 seconds. The way this is dealt with (I didn't on occasion) is by stunning Subetai once he finishes the Sleight of Hand cast (It isnt a big deal if you miss the stun/get the debuff)

Meng - Delirious (increases his Insanity gain) - Not really a mechanic to be afraid of, shiv it off and there's nothing else about it.

Zian - Shield of Darkness - Easy mechanic (Shield goes up, AoE Damage is done when he is struck, 5 stacks) since we have no dispel you're free to keep doing damage through it just keep feint up and watch your health.

In addition to the new abilities, the kings will now join the fight when the current has been brought down to 30% the order is:
1. Qiang
2. Subetai
3. Zian
4. Meng

Now onto the fight.

First off, spec into Burst of Speed, you're going to need it to avoid Subetai's Pinning Arrows.

Starting off the only King that will be active is Qiang and he is the most important kill target in this fight since he can do some hefty damage if you're not prepared. To prepare Feint on the pull, and unload everything into him, make sure to keep feint up for his massive attacks and move out of Annihilate. If Qiang gets an Imperviouos Shield cast off do not attack him for the next 10 seconds.

Once Qiang reaches 30%, Subetai will engage. Continue to DPS Qiang until he is dead (Avoid the Flanking Order).

Once you have killed Qiang you are now in a "recovery" phase. Any health that you have lost can be regained in this phase because there is very little damage that happens. The most IMPORTANT part is to make sure that you use Burst of Speed to run from Subetai until he has cast Rain of Arrows, once has done that you now have a window to do damage to him (You will need to rinse and repeat this several times until he is dead). When Subetai casts Sleight of Hand make sure that you do not hit him at all until you have stunned him (Wait until he finishes the cast to stun him). Stunning him ensures that you will not get the Robbed Blind debuff when you attack him. Avoid Flanking orders and Pillage. After you have brought Subetai to 30% Zian will engage. Kill Subetai then start on Zian.

Zian is a caster that will just spam Shadow Blast, which is interrupt-able (Do so at your own leisure). This King has no real spells of note but when he activates Shield of Darkness, keep Feint up until all 5 charges are gone. At 30% Meng will engage, go ahead and kill Zian then start on Meng.

Meng is pretty much the weakest of the 4 kings and goes down quick. Shiv Delirious, Kick Crazy Thought (Though it may not really be needed) and just DPS till he dies.
