With the patch just around the corner, I decided just to throw out a quick video before footage becomes obsolete. Most of the footage was taken yesterday aside from a few clips that were taking a few weeks back. I apologize for my lack of editing skills because I only have Windows Movie Maker.

Commentary

Xantims / Jaeden rolled me and Memri the first time. They timed all of their fear breaks perfectly, and within that 8sec interval killed Memri. They didn't even have to use a blind! Very very scary combo to fight in arena. Wotf x2, Cloak, Trinket x 2, and dispels was just overwhelming.

Gclol is one of the best shamans, hands down. ( Right after Memri of course! = p ) He has my respect. He's beaten us several times before and always proves to be a challenge and Sacapuntas hits like a truck. I'm always scared of life tapping when hes on me. They work together very well in timing intercepts, pummels, and earth shocks in preventing heals. I have a very hard time juking his pummels. Also, his reaction is really good. I got careless and my feldom got pummeled one time. Not to many people out there who can interrupt .5 sec cast times! :D Props to Gclol and Sacapuntas

Azurewrath / Agnos are a good mage / lock but that combo is very very weak against sham / lock. With proper los'ing, its shown how a mage can be totally negated in 2v2. Props to them for making it this high though, very impressive with the amount of druid / warrior teams out there. When I Queue, its always either warlock + healer or druid + warrior. Which are fights definitely NOT in their favor.

Warlock + Rogue is also a tough combo to beat if they know how to play it. And these guys have been doing it since season 1 so of course they know. I feel safe with Memri whenever I play against warlock / Rogue though, I feel the Shaman has an edge against certain double dps teams. If they go for me, he keeps me up. And if they go for him I have to be on top of counter spells, fears, and deathcoil to save him. In this particular match after they couldn't kill me in the first rushdown, they decided to slow down their pace. Very interesting match.


And finally Ner'zhul's own Deep and Shinta.aka Trukilla
This was by far the most fun I had in arena in awhile. They are the only people running this unique set-up so it was an entirely new experience for me. Deep hits HARD, and Shinta with those war glaives is definitely something I don't want to be on the receiving end of. A lot of pet positioning in this fight was crucial which made it more interesting. I look forward to playing them in the future. They improved every single match and beat us in the last match with the odds against them.

....And thats pretty much of it I believe, I'm sad I didn't get to include any Priest / Rogue teams because they are our counter class ( I keep forgetting to turn on fraps! -_- ). We recently have evolved our play style so we can beat them. ( Even ones with FULL BT Sr ). I didn't include any healer/lock or druid + warrior teams as they become tedious, boring, and uneventful to watch. If a druid + warrior is good, the match will go on forever or until someone either dc's, has to go, or makes a big mistake.

Anyway...hope you guys enjoy. I tried to include as many big names as possible. I still need to schedule a time with shadowborne, I know a lot of people are anticipating that XD
