WARNING: Intro takes 4mins! It's long, skip it if you only want to see arena action. The intro has a little storyline and which is halfly true. Intro was mostly done because I wanted to test like what I could create with Vegas, someones might find it a bit funny I believe, I did aswell. Further information later on.
At first! We're not the Merciless Gladiators, we're gladiators and my goal is to get the grand title on season3, from that comes the name.
POV = Mage
Talents: Mage 17/0/44 as usual, Rogue 0/31/30 maces and Mutilate.
The movie contains clips from the first weeks of season3 and clips from patch 2.3.2. During the first 3 weeks of season3 Scros still played as HARP and we managed to get 2035 rating and were rank 9. at Misery at that point. After that Scros bought Season1 Daggers and we started practising mutilate so we didn't get progress. The clips on the video with Mutilate spec are from 2.3.2 patch with season3 daggers. I have included 2 clips me playing as fire too. All matches are recorded from 1850-2000 rating.
The last clip of the videos contains tactic & information how to kill a lock druid, if someone finds them hard.
The little "storyline" if you can call it that. Is mostly true, ofc it didn't happen just like that, but mostly. :)
I and Scros are IRL friends, and I started to "boost" his team just when he dinged lvl 70, about 2,5 months before the season2 ended. Our goal wasn't at first to get the gladiator tittle, but we managed our way trough even if Scros was new with playing a rogue and had a bad gear.
Our team rating with what we achieved our tittle at season 2 was 2305, and Scros had about 50% of his gear rare at that point, and he had only two gladiator items which were the Merciless Maces. This is pretty rare to get the tittle which such a "young age" and "bad gear", that's why I'm saying this, might make it more interesting, dunno does it.
Anyway, give constructing comments, if you simply say it's bad because "rogue mage setup is just a stupid nuke team you suck etc" (Someones came to my server and whined me about that..) I don't care about that, and I hope you don't rate the movie because of those matters.
I used pretty much time for this and tried to make it well, I hope you enjoy.
