I do a little grinding and questing in Storm Peaks on my Frost Death Knight, Kisra. While I'm generally tank specced, I went 18/50/0 for a more DPS-oriented build. I've always played and tested frost, although some of the new changes mean I need to tweak my rotation a bit..
