So pretty much just made myself tiny and got on a kodo as a bat

have someone use a [Hallowed Wand - Bat] on you, then use [Hallows End Candy] until u get turned into a pirate. Pop nauggenfoggers(sp?) until u get made tiny, and then mount up. right click off any costumes and buff u have besides the bat, the shrink, and mount and get a crazy tiny mount on average the size of a characters foot.
