Heya, so this is what happens when I get bored and I want to try out Camstasia.. you get a tutorial.

In this tutorial I'll be explaining how you can make a c00l glow effect!
Now, since I decided that I wanted to make this tutorial by explaining it through text, I didn't explain IN DEPTH, how Timelines and such work, so you need to have a little bit of experience.
I could make a tutorial showing how the timeline blending mode's work, but this is very easy to figure out, just go in to vegas, and try them out!

Also, for those of you who have been wondering, Xarioo 4 is in the making, when it will be done, I have no idea.
