A moonkin is mounted on a Worgen during a boss encounter in cata instance. 5 druids are doing this marvelous job! The tank is tanking in spellcasting gear, people die and whatever might happen, when fooling around.

We have no idea how in the hell this can be. But the moonkins can cast spells while riding a worgen.
