QE's first kill of Beth'tilac Heroic on 10 man.

In retrospect not my finest hour of play, but what the heck. Beth'tilac is quite tightly tuned on 10 man, and all in all I think it's a quite entertaining fight, allthough frustrating at times.

I probably should've specced into nature's bounty for this one.
