Movie Summary

Sent to the Savannah was a campaign over the Southern Barrens organised by Zeepkist & co, 23rd of March - 2nd of April, 2018 on AD EU

There were both restricted and unrestricted PvP areas for the participating players to choose from depending on their preference. The footage in this video consists of the restricted battles where the goal was to get immersed in faction skirmish more than competing in PC kills. I attended the roleplay event on Horde side only, which is why the Alliance isn't represented as much.

Hey Vinni thanks for the feedback! Yeah I agree that some of the edits would've benefit from more work; for example the flame you mentioned I didn't notice only after I had uploaded this to Youtube. Given this was just a weekend project for me, I decided not to go back to to editing out the small mistakes I spotted (there was also a camera shake where the footage edges came to view that I only noticed later). I could've edited the effects to match the game graphics better. This was my first time playing with an action effects pack I had purchased for AE and next time I might give more time to exploring Layer Adjustments / filters to stylize the elements to better fit the footage.

This really set the tone for Battle for Azeroth! Some of the edits were poorly executed (3:33 for instance, the flames are clearly edited in, but when you zoom in and fade out the flame didnt move with the camera) The editing dosnt really feel in sync with the footage if you know what I mean? Almost everything that's edited are fairly easy to spot, and that kinda ruins the purpose of editing. But love the content, keep them coming!
