Just a kill of Romulo and Julianne in Karazhan from a druid perspective, My main role was to heal the people in the raid who got Julianne's debuff "Blinding Passion" - A rather nasty DOT. A tree druid (reduced mana is very helpful on this fight) using regrowths and rejuvs combiend with a quick swiftmend can easily heal through this if he stays on his toes.
