I would recommend downloading instead of streaming as it is MUCH better quality.
This video was made from clips from the past month or so of frapsing every so often
when I would remember to turn it on.

As for the video itself I tried to make it I guess you could say... progressive? It starts out slower and builds up pace. So for those of you that watch the first minute of a video and turn it off because you have ADHD I would look else where.
