When 4.0 came out, Blizzard quickly implemented a quick hotfix that increased the effect of resilience by 50%. This change was not reflected in the tooltip.

EDITOR'S NOTE - I'm aware that I released this on youtube a month and a half ago. I was going to put it on WCM too, but when the uploader malfunctioned, I just kind of let it sit and didn't think about it again.
