Note that during this fight, Warden Stillwater will occasionally put spots of plague on your plants that deal damage over time, this damage over time effect lasts approximately twice as long as its graphic at the time of this recording, so if you replant in the same spot immediately after the first plant dies, it too, will die.
The fertilizer that sometimes appears, which you can click to pick up, will supercharge your sunflowers and boost your solar power production for a short time, and might also make the cooldown of your planting really short temporarily (or so I think).
