Here's a quick explanation of the story leading up to part 2 if you missed anything: The two characters, a master and his trainee (The night elf being the master and the trainee being the human) set out on a mission to eliminate Lord Marrowgar for the Alliance and Horde to begin the attack on the Citadel to take down Arthas, but they failed in their attempt, and the trainee died. Later, a death knight comes and raises him from the dead. His master is aware of this and begins to set out to find his former student to put him to rest.
