Retribution at this level is SO strong, like what - such a joy playing this level 39 twink and having so much utility with heals, trinkets and bubbles.
By far one of my strongest twinks yet in classic - but hopefully not for long :D
I know Pendulum of Doom is the best choice of weapon, but sadly it's too rare and expensive for my budget.
