The video features 100% World PvP, 80% of it being in Menethil Harbor against well known epic geared and high ranking 60s on the server.

Dual Instant Poisons are used in every fight except one. Other features include use of Venomous totem, engineering Shadow Reflector, and engineering Death Ray.
