I have played WoW since the Europe beta, and have always been a rogue. Which means I have quite some experience with the class.

I have also always wanted to make a movie, but never could, because of a comp which couldn't handle it. But since I got a new comp 2 weeks (or so) ago, the first thing I started doing, was FINALLY making a movie.

What will you see?

-The rogue's original purpose, GANKING (unexpected PvP, not necessarily fair for either me or the target)
-Battleground (mass) PvP
-Horde who think I'm their lunch
-Fun with 41-20 Combat Mutilate spec

What will you not see?

-Duels to show off my epeen by killing the so-called 'best people of the server' (some of the reasons being not having a lot of pvp geared / experienced people on the server, and forgetting the record button...)
-Arena battles
-"By the power of god and satan"
-Will of the Forsaken

I was not feeling like making a "OMG I'M INVINCIBLE AND KEEL EVERYONE LOLZ" movie, I wanted to show what a rogue's daily 'life' looks like, although ofcourse, in MY style, in a 16 mins long adrenaline rush. I do not care about dying, as long as I get my target killed, or goal fullfilled. Which also means, if I need to blow a cooldown, I will, screw everyone who goes "you suck you use cooldowns / thistle tea", because again, target dead = succes for me.

The intention for this movie was to experiment. It is ofcourse my first ever movie, and will not have the proffesionalism of most of the more experienced movie makers. I have learned GAZILLIONS of stuff through editting though, and will use that for future work (for example, to compress a file, or not record it at half size...)

Also, music was a big factor for me. Usually you hear the boring, endless stream of gothic 'rock' / punkpop / metal / 300 soundtrack, which is really getting on my nerves. So I have tried to be at least slightly original with my music, and as far as I was able to with my current knowledge, to immerse it into the video.

If I notice people liking it, I will definitely make a 2nd one, ofcourse. Hell, I like making a movie so much, I'll even make a 2nd one if people dislike it!

Haji, a lvl 70 warrior from my guild, has compressed the movie even further, but ofcourse at the cost of (even more...) quality. Also some effects and text are slightly out of sync. Click the Direct Download link for that version. Although still recommend the filefront one, which is bigger, but better quality..
