A lvl 1 bank/twink has gained the warchiefs blessing, increasing attack power, melee haste rating and mana regen, now the haste rating becomes lesser prrocentually for each level, but what happens if a lvl gains it? ;)

Im in this video just showing off hitting a lvl 70 a little and then bringing a lv 9 mage down with 0.42 weapons speed on a 2 handed weapon!.
