Yah, that's it, /me, Asak, soloing Durn the Hungerer in Nagrand, lvl 68+. Quite easy with an adequate block-equipment.

Used: 50 remaining minutes of flask of fortidude, some buff food.
In fight: 2 healing potions and a bandage (broke after one tick), Last Stand.

Done live on EU-Aman'thul, 03/26/07, "the day before 2.4".
