Movie Summary
**** MOVIE MAY BE A BIT FPS-LAGGY, TRY USING A DIFFERENT CODEC? ****
Hi everyone. I'm Pyrilus, and this is my third movie. It really doesn't have excessive editting, and it has no crits this time around.
********If you're not interested in watching 2s (I wouldn't blame you), skip ahead to 16:27 or so.********
I included only 2s and 3s in this movie as 5s is too confusing for spectatorship (I swear that's a word) and gets in the way of entertainment. Hopefully this smaller arena format makes things simpler.
I play in this movie as...
2s: Lock/Druid and Lock/Pally
3s: Rogue/Lock/Priest and Lock/Priest/Druid
I show in this movie how to play against...
In 2s: Warrior/Druid, Warrior/Shaman, Lock/Druid (as Lock/Pally)
In 3s: Rogue/Mage/Priest, Rogue/Lock/Druid, Warrior/Priest/Druid, and PMR (as LPD)
I didn't include a lot of fights due to several factors. I tried including only fights based on:
- individual player skill
- countercomp difficulty
- how well I played (for instructional purposes, of course)
- the types of comps I played as
Music:
Intro (Abysmal Sea)
Wavetraxx - Beach Stringz (Club Mix)
Plane of Earth
Pendulum - Fasten Your Seatbelt
Pendulum - Hold Your Colour
Pendulum - Out Here
I think that's everything. I can't help the length of the games. That's just the state of warlock PvP right now. I didn't include a lot of movies based on the fact that they're long, and the whole strategy behind warlocks is to run a healer out of mana before your healer is out of mana.. That doesn't happen if the enemy does too much damage (case: PvE rogues) or the enemy healer has a high amount of regen. Point being, it doesn't make for very entertaining footage and the skill cap is debatable for those who use a high amount of PvE gear. Anyway, that's why there are no priest/rogues right now in this movie.
Enjoy..
