"Class balancing at level 70
Keep in mind classes will get new spells and abilities going from 70-80. Some of these will add new mechanics to certain classes and we must balance around that. Classes are always primarily balanced around the end game when we can look at everything a class has against all other classes. While you see the end game at 70, we've been developing with 80 in mind for quite some time now".
